Excellent view of what life can be like!

10/11026 - 10/16/26 A Hard Luck Christmas by Brenda Novak This was Brenda Novak’s October Book of the month for her Brenda Novak’s Book Club Group. As always, Brenda writes a novel with eloquence and what the reader wants to feel on all the ups and downs of emotions that we can and probably have gone through in life. While I’ve never been married nor never had a child, I had a father like the father portrayed as Patience’s father. Strict, unforgiving, wouldn’t apologize, it was his way, because his way was the only way. The silent treatment was always a big thing too. But Patience has grown stronger from all these lessons and proven like in real life, yes we might be terrified to spread our wings, but we need to do this to grow both spiritually and emotionally for our own well being and for whomever we want to love. Along with putting those who intentionally are mean and cruel to us far away from us so they can no longer hurt us intentionally. Brenda once again delivers the best well rounded novel to help guide us through the storms of life.
