Why do we physically die?
Why is our physical life so important to our eternal life after we die?
The human body is an amazing and unique form of architecture that, depending on its original state and care over time, can maintain life for many years. The body was originally designed as a vehicle for the human mind and spirit to grow, develop, and make a home where the person's spirit and the spirit of God could live in the physical world. Once the person in their physical life had achieved the growth and maturity of the spirit, their desired transition into the spirit world would be ready. But the awareness of the purpose of the physical body in relation to the spiritual body has not been well understood. Many people think the purpose of life is to satisfy the needs of the physical body, both physically and emotionally. The body is only a temporary home for a certain amount of time, and then the person will enter the spirit world to experience a new reality based on the activity and growth of their previous physical life.
