Excellent Book for Both New and Experienced Speech-Language Pathologists in the Schools
Published by Elaine , 6 years ago
Provides excellent information on the full range of mandated duties and responsibilities of a speech-language pathologist (SLP) in the schools, including the fundamentals of the IEP process. The book also clearly explains the concept of caseload vs. workload. This book would be very helpful to beginning SLPs. It's also useful for experienced SLPs who need factual information about speech-language services in the schools to share with administrators, most of whom don't have a background in our field.
