The book, Learning How to Hear the Whispered Screams from a Collective Soul, outlined a philosophy and rationale for the Visible/Invisible Advocacy (VIA) model. This guide is a supplement to that book. It is intended to provide guidance to anyone who wants a detailed framework for applying the VIA model. As with the model itself, the application framework was shaped by research found in Rogers' Diffusion of Innovations. This supplement also includes a work-in-progress plan for applying the framework in the context of advocating for college students who are experiencing homelessness.
