A Fun Way to Learn How to Properly Treat a Guest!

Farm boy Billy Beanbuckets sneaks his favorite farm animal, a clever little piglet named Oliver, into the house to sleep with him one night. As other animals investigate they see Oliver (and other farm animals who previously went to investigate) living happily just like humans in the farm house. Eventually, all animals are in the house and exasperated Farmer Beanbuckets cries out" A guest is a guest, and we must show them our best, but when enough is enough, you have to get tough!" To his shock, the animals then throw the human family out of their own house! But, the humans outsmart the animals and eventually get their house back and the animals return to their proper places on the farm. Bright, charming, and very amusing cartoonish illustrations cap really bring the tale to life. Highly recommended for ages 3 to 8.
