Great Book!!!!

As a poker player's daughter, and the wife of a poker tournament director, this book really hit home for me. I loved it! For anyone who has been playing poker or just getting started, this book is for you. The story is great, and will keep you reading till the end. This isn't just fiction about the game but it goes behind the scenes of true poker players' lives. Poker can be an incredibly exciting game and this book really proves it. A++ to Dr. Mark Burtman!

Surprisingly good

I received this book as a gift, and I really didn't expect much from it. Instead I found myself drawn into an exciting story and characters I could identify with. The most surprising and unique thing about this book is that I learned (without realizing it) how to play poker. Not just the basic rules, but the odds on different hands, how to bet, even how to read other players! It was an unexpected benefit. I would recommend this book to almost anyone. I am anxiously awaiting a sequel!
