This book is a personal account of the results of the Medical Residency Preceptorship Course given by IEP / Hospital S rio Liban s, and the changes achieved by a surgeon trained in Prescriptive Methodologies until she learned about and applied Active Methodologies. It's a break with paradigms, an exercise in humility, in abandoning prejudices and being open to the new. Doing what is always done the same way differently is a challenge, it causes discomfort, but in the end it is productive and transformative.
