A Gaza Diary: Not in a Vacuum

This diary is a record of some of the terrible sufferings of the people of Gaza over decades. Nothing has really changed since the winter of 2008/9 other than the scale of the death and destruction. At the time of writing, the numbers of dead and missing in 2023/4 has now risen to over thirty thousand. The injuries, especially those of the children, are unbearable to contemplate and there is still no end in sight.
