Amateurish effort..waste of money

I read this book by this first time author. I had never heard of Bear manor books. I saw that they publish mostly biographies of old time celebrities. Well, this woman is old, but not famous, so I'm sure why she was able to publish a book with this place. At any rate, the book isn't very good. It's an amateur effort to write an interesting non-fiction/fiction blend. It starts off with some promise, then trails off into absurdity. The B&W photos are mostly blurry or muddy. The original price on this dime store novel was $19.95 - a joke in itself. I guess this wasn't a big seller since she hasn't written anything else since.
