The children who attend the woodland school are all trying to help one of their classmates who has met with the most horrid and horrible injury. Their teacher, Miss Hare, has asked them all for ideas which might help with the problem. Slowly, something begins to take shape, which has all the pupils eager and excited. Because now they know they will be able to help their best classmate, who they miss terribly as he has not been to school since the accident occurred.
