Nino Leno moved with his family to Glendale, Queens, New York. Nino Leno bought a building and opened a pizzeria for a better life for his family. In Glendale, the Irish and German gangs control the neighborhood. Gino while working in the family pizzeria store meets Maria and falls madly in love with her. Three years later Maria 17 got pregnant by Gino 20. Gino married Maria in March 1974, Gino left the pizzeria and bought a launch wagon route in Maspeth, Queens. Gino worked alongside Joe Massa. Soon, Gino begins to have disagreements with Joe Massa. Gino and Joe Massa were related through marriage. Joe Massa was an American street gangster eventually Joe Massa through the years moved up the ladder in the Bonanno crime family.
