A young man decides to take his own life when things get too difficult. He discovers that someone is sitting in front of him, laughing at his stupidity, as he is checking the knots, giving him the biggest shock of his life. The stranger answers the young man's terrified question by identifying himself as Almighty God and asking, in the most casual manner possible, why he wants to end his life. A string of conversations then ensues. The young man acknowledges that his life has been filled with failures and that no one has ever shown him love or support. He further laments that his wife and he frequently argue, making life miserable and the future seems very bleak. God advises him to start telling his story at a young age. God reveals without making any accusations where the young man has erred and where he has done well as he recounts his life. To his surprise, the young man discovers that all of the incidents that had previously seemed grim and agonizing have now become irrelevant and ludicrous, and God explains that in retrospect, most events would appear hilarious. God explains many complexities of life and encourages him to believe that God is always with him, guiding him to find solutions to problems and ways to overcome adversity. God, on the other hand, reminds him that if he tries to end this life prematurely, he will almost certainly be reborn in a harsh environment in his next life. Is that what the young man wants? God smiles, bids him farewell, and vanishes into thin air when the young man says No and promises to live as advised. The young man feels instantly relieved and lighter. He goes to tell his wife about meeting God, but she dismisses it, claiming that God does not manifest Himself to mere mortals like him who don't even know how to pray. The young man does not argue or try to persuade his wife because there is no need to explain where there is love.
