This is a story of an ordinary man, no different from you or me. He kept journals of his life for over fifty years until his disappearance or probable death in 1997. He was known by many different names and identities during the course of his life. Now that he is gone, no one can say for sure who he really was or where he came from, or show any proof of his existence, yet he touched many people. The people that knew him last simply called him Frank Isaac. He was a wonderful old soul, creative, caring and loving and I hope he will live on through this book that I dedicate to his memory.I was a small child when I first met him and thought he and his friends were angels. He told me they had come from the heavens, but they weren't angels, they were mortal humans. He introduced himself as Thor. The first ten years of my life I thought he was only a fabrication of my over active imagination, at least that is what my parents told me to believe. He would come and go in my dreams and I would hear his voice telling me things and showing me things that seemed to be more Buck Rogers or Flash Gordon science fiction than reality. Thor tried to explain he was sent here as a genetic engineer to work in secrecy to genetically up-grade our species so we won't revert back to our more primitive evolution.Some times facts are stranger than fiction. This story is based on Frank's real journals that he left for me, in which he claimed to be my biological father. They were combined with my own diaries that span 1957 thru 1976. This story may seem like pure science fiction or a space age conspiracy theory novel, and that's OK with me. I wrote this book to leave behind for my children. At the time I had no intent of ever publishing it. It has been a long struggle from my youth to decide what I really believe from what I was told by my parents, school, church and government, to only discover they were far from the truth. In my life I have had many real experiences that could not be explained. With the passing of time, I have witnessed many things that Thor or Max in the book had told and shown me, turn from metaphysical science fiction into proven and accepted science fact. When all is said and done and the present fades into the past, it really doesn't matter what was real or imagined, we are only left with our feelings and what we choose to believe.
