A Dangerous Bureau

Murderers. Psychopaths.Child molesters. These people will help create a new American society. They'll create technology, hack computer systems and invade the private information of citizens' lives. They will aid corporate America in creating an elitist society -- one by which the rich will have superiority over the regular U.S. citizen -- the lower masses. The American worker will be put at the mercy of those who create jobs.

That's the view of Eric Colvin. He's wealthy and pure evil. He runs a small, secretive, but very powerful rogue government program. The Intellect Bureau. If criminals have superior intelligence, Colvin will save them from life in prison, or execution. He will bribe, threaten, or kill those who try to block him from faking these peoples' deaths. In exchange, these people will live a life of luxury hidden secretly away on a military base, having anything they want, but being unable to ever leave the base.

Tara Helms, a housewife, has lost a child to a sick pedophile, who's now in the IB. She's a computer whiz. John Browning is a former agent from the IB, who is being eaten alive by guilt from what he did as an employee of it. John convinces Tara to use her immense computer skills, in joining forces with him to bring down Colvin. It turns into an arduous battle, which ends up being a brutal fight to the death.
