Waiting in lines are experienced in our daily activities. Waiting in line or queue causes inconvenience to individuals and economic costs to firms and organizations. Individuals wait for minutes, hours, days or months to receive service waiting before, during or after being served. Queueing Theory is a mathematical approach to the study of waiting in lines.
