intermediary in the health insurance market, detoxification of premium rates, entry of standalone health insurers, establishment of 'Insurance Information Bureau' \sand 'Health Insurance Forum', regulation for the protection of policyholders and \sportability of health insurance, etc. These changes result in the growth of the total premium amount of the health insurance industry year on year, the introduction of \scashless facilities, the number of innovative products in the market at an economic price, the availability of quick services, etc. Along with these good changes, several news problems also have been arising side by side like increasing medical inflation, increasing the number of cases going to the insurance ombudsman, higher claim ratio of the health insurance industry, lower level of awareness among people \snullified/minimize the results of steps, taken by authorities for betterment of the \sindustry, etc.
