Daniel is a story of a person being faithful to God. More importantly, the life of Daniel, as recorded in the Old Testament, gives evidence of how faithful God is to those who truly love Him and follow Him.

God knew Daniel personally, just as He knows each of us personally, and He knew what Daniel's needs were and what his struggles were.

it's clear that God cared for Daniel. And it is also clear that man's kingdoms on Earth are frail and weak due to man's corrupt heart, but God's kingdom is strong and everlasting, because of God's heart of love.
