This delightful shape book can be a "project" book!

All children enjoy building things with an assortment of shapes. The little girl in this book has a wagonful of shapes to build something. She has a circle, a rectangle, a square and a few triangles. Just what can she build? I see a circle in the sky, white and shining bright. I have some shapes and want to build . . . a rocket to fly to the moon tonight. This is a delightful "Rookie Reader" made for little hands. The singsong tale of the little girl's dreamy building project has a vocabulary list of fifty-two words (listed in the back), covers the four basic shapes. The typeface is large and in boldface print. This small book could easily be converted into a project book simply by cutting the shapes needed beforehand and building the rocket along with the little girl in the book! The end pages are blank and gluing a pocket in the front or back will hold the shapes for future use.
