Evelyn Sinclair moves to Tranquil Bay with her family after disaster happened to their family home in the big city. She made a plan to continue with her education, get a job and move out on her own, all while remaining close to her family.

During her first few weeks exploring her new hometown, Evelyn discovers plans are not always set in stone and perhaps there is more to life than work and school.

Tranquil Bay is the type of place where there is always a welcoming shoulder to help out a fellow neighor and it might be exactly what Evelyn needs in her life.
