A Chance to Rescue, is an illustrated children's book, written to benefit Save-a-Bull Rescue Minnesota. A Chance to Rescue is the story of a pitbull puppy lost on the streets and living as a stray. He plays with pigeons for fun but is shooed away by humans who fear him. He is lost and alone. One day, while feeling very scared and alone, he was brought to animal control where he was bullied by other shelter dogs who said he would never leave the shelter because he was a pitbull. A local rescue organization comes to visit the dog and soon he is in a loving foster home. Everything is new and life is amazing with his foster momma. Soon he is onto his next adventure - he meets a family and is adopted. The adoptive family gives him a name - Chance A Chance to Rescue teaches children and parents about how dog rescues save lives and adoption is just the start of a new adventure for rescue/shelter pets.
