Who am I? What are my credentials? I am a mother (well-seasoned) and I have had my life experiences. I stand by all the ideas in this book when it comes to parenting - we have experienced it all - breastfeeding, pumping milk in middle of night, sleeping with our babies when they sleep (hey, you get your sleep when you can), etc. I am also a doula and have spent many years helping other mothers in pregnancy and childbirth - doulaing since 2011! My husband has supported my book writing efforts as well!
