This is a self-illustrated picture book with a dynamic story about a mouse finding a carrot in the frozen half-empty vegetable garden and making quite some effort to get it. The soil is frozen, so it turns to be impossible just to pull it out. But the mouse makes something up with the help of her friend the Spider. My son loved this little story even before he could talk, so it's 0+. Thanks to him I know that some children just require an adventure, not too long but not too short, something does have to happen, there has to be a goal and couple of attempts, something cute and something funny. If you recognize your child in these words, then it's a story for you.
