When Marty's work colleague, Layne Warrington, is found dead in an abandoned house on a derelict estate, the police decide it's an accident. An accident in an 'auto-erotic' game. The clue is the orange. After all, people have died before in 'near-death' experiences. Marty reacts with disbelief and starts to investigate. She finds out her colleague is not as 'nice' as she thought. Then she discovers that Warrington's death is one of many. She also has to fight against a policeman's prejudices. The threads of the story come together, and reveal a murky underbelly, which most people would rather keep hidden.
