Ordered on the third it's the 24th. Still no book.

I would like to review this book but I can't because it never arrived. It is now listed as on back order though it also claims to have shipped, yet 21 days later it still has not been received. If I were this online market place I would be concerned as I am a new customer. This is my only frame of reference or experience with this market place. I am not sure I will come back. 21 days is too long to wait for a book that supposedly has shipped but is also listed as on back order. How do you ship it if it is on back order??? It wasn't listed as on back order when I ordered it. 21 days later, am out money and have nothing to show for it. That is my bottom line.
