Danny Barnes reflects upon a disappearing way of life, as he sets off for work on a wet miserable Monday night. But he wants nothing more than to simply recapture the past. This leads to the occurrence of Danny and Ally's contemporaneous attacks. But Danny soon discovers the address of the person who attacked his wife and seeks his own form of justice, until somebody gets there first, and by chance Ally spots her attacker. But that's not the end of the matter as enforcer, Jamal Khan immediately latches onto their case with a dire threat. Detective Sergeant Kiki Carruthers knows there must be a link, but can Danny and Ally dodge her accusations?
