Part II (chapters 16 to 25) is titled Rural Infrastructure and Development. It explains and examines rural industries, rural financial inclusion, MGNREGS, rural housing, rural transport and communications, rural electrification and water supply, rural health and sanitation, and other topics related to rural development.
