Great for ideas, repetitive in substance

This book was great for helping me come up with ideas for interval circuits using kettlebells and dumbbells. I enjoyed it, but then I realized that many of the workouts in the kettlebell only section was the same workout over and over. For instance, Part 3, workout 5 is 5 rounds for time, 10 Turkish getups, 15 goblet squats, 10 burpees over kettlebell, and so is workout 15, 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, and 145. Some the same exercises but different reps are used in workout 25, I think the author intended to change up rep numbers or workout parameters, such as 5 min for time vs 21-15-9, but just got lazy with it. I still appreciate this book, but it would've been so much better if just a little more work was done with it.
