Each week includes space to plan out breakfast, lunch and dinner for all seven days as well as snack options. Make your shopping list right there on the same page as well. Behind each meal plan is a blank dot grid page for notes and/or the ability to cut your shopping list right out of the journal if you choose.
Did you try a new recipe one week that your family loved? In the back of the journal are recipe pages to jot down the new favorites (and old favorites alike) to incorporate them in future meal plans.
