For several years, I struggled with many debilitating health issues - high blood pressure, tinnitus, high blood sugar, leg and back pain, hormonal imbalance, gastrointestinal issues, and sleep disorders. I was on medication for high blood pressure from 2016-2020. The side effects of medication were competing with the devastation of having high blood pressure. To me, both were not good options. I had to dig deep to find a way out. The search led me to Health Coaching School (HCI) where I learned about the power of specific foods that work better for the heart and blood pressure.
