Azalea Valley was a small village of She minority located in a secluded valley at the very west corner of Wuyi Mountain in Fujian province in southern China. The patriarch of Azalea Valley was an architect for the construction projects in the Forbidden City in Beijing. The minister of works for royal construction projects was charged of fraud and embezzlement and his whole family was slaughtered by the emperor. The architect escaped to the south with the daughter of the minister of works and discovered a hidden valley as their refuge. Little Feng was the first baby born in Azalea Valley when the tigers and pythons were still haunting around. Little Feng was revived from the ruins of the ancestral temple in Azalea Valley. Little Feng could piece through the thick wall of the history with a sword with a handle shaped like a phoenix head. Jinjin was the last descendant of the patriarch of Azalea Valley. Little Feng communicated with Jinjin in their shared dreams and went through 500 years back and forth together in Azalea Valley.
