witty as heck!

Very witty book, makes me laugh again and again. Makes me look at ordinary things in a new way. LOVE THIS BOOK!!!

An absolute must have

This book is a real treat. Your coffee table is longing for it. It's a simple, well put together book that will inspire the artist within. A must have, would make a great inexpensive holiday gift. I have one for myself and have purchased this book for friends.

Tiny but Mighty~

I can't wait for Bill to get to 1500 sad chairs and maybe then it will be coffee table book size. A powerful dose of dark comedy in a cute little package! A great gift for those who like St. Louis, street photography, dark humor, chairs, sociology. By anthropomorphizing chairs, Mr. Keaggy gives us the opportunity to see the humanity in simple glimpses of life. Another reviewer said that you will begin to see chairs everywhere, I agree!

Funny beyond belief

This book is funny beyond belief! I laughed out loud over and over. "Worst vacation ever" was my absolute favorite photo. The photos are very well done, but it's the captions that really make this book. He can't possibly be an academic, he's too funny. I'm going to check out his grocery list book now.

Love the Sad Chairs!!

This book is a hilarious and creative follow up to Milk Eggs and Vodka by Bill Keaggy. His humor in the titles shows his creativity and made me laugh over and over. Artistically I am drawn to many of the images, as well and he really made me look at objects that I would drive by and rarely notice. Even my kids enjoyed the book. Very Fun!
