THE STORY OF THE PLANET CIRCUTUS

On the planet Circutus in the star system of Mechana, there are millions of robots living happy lives. They call themselves Circuties. There, they go to work and to school, and they build things, including big cities in which all the robots live. Many of the robots on Circutus have families of four, five, and even six, and they even have robot dogs and cats, because even robots need a little snuggle every now and then. In their spare time, they like to have tea parties-with motor oil instead of tea, of course-and solve puzzles and play games. They also love their planet and take care of all the plants and animals and preserve the ecology because they love how beautiful it all looks, and because they know that even their metals are made by the planet's crust and geologic activity. The gardener Circuties are easily spotted by their leaf-shaped antenna.

Because they know that some humans are afraid of robots, they all agreed to have their portraits drawn and transmitted to Earth to let us know just how happy and friendly they are. And they invite you to color them in using your own imagination.
