A former Registered Nurse with a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, Fiona is a certified in Yoga, Clinical Pilates, and AntiGravity(R) with more than 20 years of experience working with elite athletes and professional sports teams.
Fiona worked extensively with professional football players in Australia's A-League, helping them improve recovery, reduce injuries, and optimize performance. She has served as the yoga teacher for Sydney FC for multiple seasons, conducting weekly sessions and guiding players through specialized warm-up, recovery, and body maintenance programs that support peak performance on the pitch.
