Rubi has been suffering from Cystic Fibrosis her whole life. Cystic Fibrosis has limited her every breath and every step. Literally. Her parents are divorced, because of what happened with Rubi's brother- Jackson. Her mom- Hannah, has to work almost every day, traveling to different places, so she can pay the hospital bills. Once her friends break some terrible news to her, she is forced to live her life to the fullest extent. Her friends, Lily, Will, Allie, and her Boyfriend Josh, must help her through the toughest time of her life, as it impacts them as well. They all have to get through the obstacles that Cystic Fibrosis gives her, so Rubi can survive. They must enjoy the journey before they reach their destination.
