Although its authorship is unknown it is safe to presume the writer of Psalm 90 also wrote Psalm 91 as one continuous prayer by 90's known writer, Moses. Perhaps penned on Mount Nebo, at the top of Pisgah, over Jericho...as he looked out over the Promised Land of Milk and Honey as God showed him what He had promised.
