Tessa established a life coaching practice in 1996, when life coaching was in its infancy. After several years, she realized that desire, exploration, and awareness did not equate to change and transformation for her clients. Exploring the underlying cause of their pain, knowing their motivation to change, and defining who they wanted to become, did not create the changes in the lives of her clients they desired. Her livelihood depended on the success of her clients . She realized she needed a tool, technique, or method to aid them in dealing with their stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, not feeling empowered or successful. She knew she needed a tool to change the limiting beliefs. She visited a friend who managed a bookstore and told her of my dilemma, that she needed something to help her clients truly change and transform their lives. She reached for a book on the counter near the register. "People have been raving about this book on EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique. Try it and see if it can help your clients." As she read the book and discovered that EFT was tapping our heads, she was unsure if this was the tool that would help my clients. She had some adventurous and forgiving clients whom she taught how to tap. When every single client returned for their next appointment and shared how different their lives had been that week because of tapping, she took notice! She was intrigued. She soon realized she found the right tool to change limiting beliefs! As a life coach, working with hundred of clients one-on-one, day after day, year after year, she learned how to effectively utilize tapping. She learned that clearing an emotional memory was different from clearing beliefs. She learned for EFT Tapping to work, we needed to find and address the underlying cause of an issue. EFT Tapping is a simple, yet highly effective tool to heal our issues by addressing the cause and not just the symptoms. Healing the symptoms does not heal the underlying cause. Clients started asking for tapping homework. She wrote out statements for them to tap. Soon, she had a library of tapping statements on different emotional issues that are now the EFT Tapping Statements Collection sold on Amazon. 300 EFT Tapping Statements for Healing the Self is part of the EFT Tapping Statements Collection by Tessa Cason. Tapping statements are the words we speak as we tap. Tapping statements can be combined to make tapping scripts. Take the doubt out of whether your statements will heal your issue. We live in a complex world with multiple influences. At birth, it starts with our parents and soon afterwards, the influence of other family members (grandparents, siblings, etc.), TV shows, cartoon characters, commercials, and peers. As we get older, we have the influences of teachers, coaches, tutors, television and movie stars, pop stars, sports heroes, and so many other. * Do you know who you are? * Are you living your version of your life or someone else''s? * Are you first or last on your priority list? Are your needs as important as others? * Do you feel you matter, that you care about you? Do you accept yourself just the way you are? EFT is the tool that we can use to heal the fractures and become the people we want to be. Tapping can help us heal ourselves. What others have said about Tessa''s books: * Tessa has a profound way of working with EFT that is different and unique from other practitioners.
