3 Degrees of LIGHT!: The Mentorship of a Prince Hall Mason

By Daryl J. Hogan Jr.

Dear Freemasons, this may be the BEST leadership and personal development book you read all year! 3 Degrees of LIGHT! takes you up close and personal to listen in on the weekly conversations between a wise Prince Hall Mason and his newly initiated mentee. The discussions are bold, candid, transparent, honest, and educational. Deshawn Jamison is a master sergeant and an active-duty firefighter in the US Air Force, where he leads the Fire Inspections Division. As a new Master Mason, he is coming to grips with what his recent initiation into the Masonic Order truly means. Albert DeShields is a retired US Air Force chief master sergeant and a 32-year veteran of the Masonic Order. His experiences as a former service member and master of a Masonic lodge have infused him with knowledge beyond his years. The new journey and the seasoned travels of these two men have just collided in a way that refuses to leave either man unchanged. Even more significant, the reader of this book may find it impossible to remain as they were before turning its pages!
