We have only dealt with references to care directed at children thus far. We analyze the many viewpoints on what violence against children means and the various situations in which it might happen in light of these sources. Living in violent environments can be detrimental to human development, particularly if it occurs in the formative years of life. When individuals from whom compassion and protection are anticipated, particularly parents, perpetrate violence, it can be even more traumatic. As a result, it's critical to consider the various interpretations that neglect and violence, in general, are given. Both are distinguished by the unstable nature of the care given to children and the misuse of power in the interaction with caregivers. Throughout history, it has been socially acceptable to strike, leave, ignore, and rigidly educate children. Understanding what is now referred to be parental abuse and neglect of children requires paying attention to several elements that influence parents' and/or primary caregivers' attitudes and conduct. draw attention to the fact that parental traits such as a lesser tolerance for stress, anxiety, the existence of psychiatric issues, or a rise in inappropriate alcohol and drug use might encourage abusive attitudes toward children
