This book is also dedicated to my Mumbai buddies - Sebin, Giselle and Saju, who represent the citizenry and business and legal communities of Mumbai particularly and India generally as a whole, as a reminder of the continuous threats we face from islam based terrorists and terrorism in all its forms and manifestations in this world we live in.
