23 is a sci-fi/fantasy novel about a post-apocalyptic world where aliens and humans live in ever-rising tension.

Shauna Sloane who has been on the run for twenty years. She's survived an alien Invasion. An extraterrestrial war. The extraterrestrial life that are still on Earth have divided - some on their own and some bide their time in the Revolt - an extremist group of extraterrestrials and fanatic humans, waiting to strike back.

She agrees to do a sleep study by Dr. Robert Ryder at Independent Labs with five other individuals. But within the facility are hidden agendas and secret identities that catapults Shauna and the other participants right into the middle of the ever-rising tension between the World Militia and Revolt.
