The first full translation of the brand-new 2023 Saudi Companies Law. In June, 2022 Saudi Arabia announced that it was enacting a Companies Law first proposed in August, 2020. Issued by both the Ministry of Commerce and the Capital Markets Authority, the new law takes effect in 2023.
