Our theme verse is John 14:26, But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things." The word "Helper," is from the Greek word paraclete, a combination of para, beside or to come alongside, and kaleine, to call. The Holy Spirit has been called to come alongside our daily lives--in our difficulties, in our victories, in our struggles--to be our advocate, our comforter, and our friend. Let's move into 2020 with a new fresh partnership with the Holy Spirit! Let's invite the Holy Spirit into a deepening partnership that includes our personal life, our singleness, our marriage, our work.
