The Peregrine Fund was founded in 1970 to prevent the extinction of the Peregrine Falcon in North America. Today it works worldwide to conserve all 586 raptor species on the planet. This report introduces "Vision 2050," a plan to face today's most pressing conservation challenges to birds of prey worldwide. Priorities of Vision 2050 are reflected in the included summaries of 22 of the organization's current projects, along with color photos of critically-endangered species.
