Must have for Gluten Free

This book is very helpful and informative for those who need to eat gluten free. My 7 year old grandson has recently been diagnosed with celiac dicease. It has helped us greatly to know what foods he can eat safely.

excellent

This book is very well written and gives you a lot of choices of things to buy that are in the shopping center that you do your shopping at. I am very satisfied with the book. I recomend it to anyone that needs to buy gluten free products.

A HUGE HELP!

This book is a list of specific foods, not ingredients and is a life-saver. Although there is no guarantee that it is 100% accurate after the date of print (because manufacturers make changes all the time), it is such a huge help! Shopping gluten free is so difficult for me because I could never remember every ingredient that does or does not have gluten in it. This book goes everywhere I go and if I am in a store or at someones house and I am not sure if I can have something that is about to be served, I can just grab the book, look up the item, and I have my answer. For example, if I want to know if I can have a certain kind of ice cream, I go to ice cream, then look for the brand name, then look for the specific flavor. Of course the book can not be all inclusive, but it really does cover a lot!

2009/2010 Gluten-Free Grocery Shopping Guide by Cecelia's Marketplace

This has been a life saver. After the last yr and a half of swelling and no answers. A family that was not as supportive as they could have been in the begining, it gave hope that I could modify the things I do eat like switching brands. For some this may not be a complete destination for severe allergies but I look at this as a direction in which to drive. It gives hope as it is so hard to find things when you do not know where to look and this at least makes you also aware of the amount of products with gluten in them. I am so grateful.2009/2010 Gluten-Free Grocery Shopping Guide by Cecelia's Marketplace

This book is a lifesaver

Cecelia's Marketplace Gluten-Free Grocery Guide is a lifesaver. As most of you who follow a gluten-free diet already know, shopping for gluten-free foods at the grocery store is a crap shoot. Especially if you live in a smaller town. This book makes it possible to shop for real groceries! I still do always double check the labels, but following the foods in this book have really helped to expand my diet and I am very grateful for that.
