In 2014, I fell in love with a beautiful lady who was on Facebook and lived in South Africa. Shortly thereafter, I left my hometown in England and followed my dream of starting a new life with her as my wife. Before I met her I had no desire to write anything, let alone poetry. Somehow she brought out emotions in me I didn't know I had and as they grew stronger I began writing my thoughts and feelings down.
