Intriguing

A well written book, the author is a master at making the reader want to keep reading and reading until totally finished, something all books should have. Mr. Pierotti mixes suspense and mystery into one, producing a very good book.

Edge of my seat

Set in Dallas, 1854 Garrett Street retells the suspenseful and traumatic life experiences of the author, Al Pierotti, during his upbringing at 1854 Garrett Street. The story is set in the mid-twentieth century and revolves around several mysterious encounters between his family and neighborhood friends and "visitors." Pierotti does an excellent job introducing the characters and building a relationship with the reader. The story is developed and organized in a way that makes it difficult to put down - every page makes you wanting to read the next. I enthusiastically recommend 1854 Garrett Street to anyone with the slightest interest in nonfiction, suspense, or a good quality read.
