Lonnetta Waters is a Homicide Detective for the D.C.P.D. She finds herself back in her hometown of Winston Salem, N.C. after she gets a call that her Uncle passed away from a stroke. While back home for the funeral, she learns that a vicious sexual predator that calls himself "The Creeper" is on the loose stalking and savagely killing young African-American prostitutes.The case becomes personal to Lonnetta when she sees that her old neighborhood is being ruined by a pimp.
