Empty Case

I'm super disappointed to say the least. I've been waiting for a 11/22/63 DVD to be back in stock for MONTHS so as soon as I got a notification that they got one in I bought it. I just received my order in the mail, opened it up, and NO DVDs!! Do they even check the cases to make sure that the DVDs are in the case? This is one of my favorite shows and now I have to try to find it elsewhere on the internet because there are none in stock now and who knows when they get more in to replace the one I technically didn't get.
