Suprisingly Good Cookbook

I have purchased at least 20 diabetic cookbooks, and this one is in my top 5. The recipes are good and easy to make, easy to understand, and most of the ingredients you have on hand. I highly recommend this cookbook.

101 Delicious Diabetic Recipes

I love this cookbook. You don't realize how good the recipes are until you try one and then you want to use them all. Most importantly it uses items that can be found in your pantry for the most part. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone diabetic or not. The recipes are that good.

I think this book is awesome! I was looking through it at a friends house and thought I would copy down a few recipies to take home. With evry turned page I found recipies that I liked so I thought I'd simply have to own this book. Not only is there great recipies for diabetics but for all who are health concious as well. I especially enjoyed the brunch section! This cookbook is definately a keeper!
