Classic crafts, not "tacky-crafts"

This is a gorgeous coffeetable type craft book along the lines of Martha Stewart Living in visual appeal. (Soft lavender color scheme on the dust jacket.) Also a great project information book. Gives good back ground knowledge in full color explanation pages and provides gorgeous shots of completed projects and optional variations. Includes assessible instructions for difficult tasks like specific stitching, but isn't overly technical. Not a sewing manual. Many easier crafts are included, but all are classy. The aim is to provide several options for decorating needs and gifts at the target of $10 per project. Not everything is for everyone, but every decorator will find a useful tip here. Examples include: cracked china photo frame, basketweave knit pillow, lattice window box, animal masks, decorated candles, and 96 more!
